Product Owner- Network

Description

• In this position you will report to the Solution Owner Network & Connectivity.
  • Different Regions/Business Areas/Divisions build/maintain our network infrastructure, this is why from a global Solution & Architecture team perspective we create a platform to make this easy for our businesses and we operate centrally managed components
• Experience in designing corporate network is a must
• Experience in automation is highly appreciated
• Ability & desire to learn quickly and keep working hands-on

Role & Responsibilities

• You will be joining the Infrastructure team which is part of the global Solution & Architecture team.
• You will support our LAN, WAN, WiFi infrastructure with focus on SDA design, build and implementation.
• Routing (SDWAN, Backbone, Cloud), Traffic Engineering to manage, control and monitor our WAN’s performance .
• You will perform tasks such as Troubleshooting, Training, Monitoring, Implementing changes, and Documenting, …
• You will write (if possible) automation scripts (REST - API integration scripts), i.e. using a programming language like Python.
• You will support in optimizing our network monitoring with Solarwinds, ThousandEyes

Technical assets

• Cisco SDA (Catalyst Center, ISE)
• LAN / WAN / WiFi knowledge (Cisco, WLC)
• Routing BGP, OSPF, Traffic Engineering (On-prem, Backbone, Cloud)
• Trouble shooting using Wireshark, ThousandEyes, …
• Solarwinds (monitoring & alerting)
