Product Owner

Role Description:
1 Must be well versant to work on roadmaps, extend roadmap to detailed plans and breakdown to stories.
2 Very strong liaison between Business & IT and be the owner of the product backlog.
3 Knowledge on various SAFe roles.
4 Team milestone and roadmap development.
5 Quarterly roadmap review
6 Bi-weekly stakeholder updates on status of work and delivery timelines.
7 Strong communication skills.

Competencies:
Digital : DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), BFS : Risk Management, Agile Specialisation

Essential Skills:
1. Feature and story refinement
2. Continuous prioritization of team backlog(s) 
3. Agile ceremony participation 
4. Create dependency mapping and execution sequencing with other Product Owners 
5. Align PI/Quarterly objectives with vision, strategy, and objectives to key stakeholders. 
6. Milestone tracking and maintenance in source of record. 
7. Identify and assist in the resolution of impediments. 
8. Risk and dependency management.
9. Data migration to Cloud
