Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy:

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Backlog Management:

• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects customer needs and business goals.
• Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with product vision and goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure expectations are met.

Development & Delivery:

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.

User Experience:

• Advocate for the user experience throughout the development process.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.

Project Management:

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including defining timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Resolve issues and blockers that may impact the product delivery schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a [relevant industry].
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
