JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCT SALES
- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Must be MBA Postgraduate. Preferably Sales and Marketing.
- 1-2 Years of Enterprise B2B Software Product and Solution sales experience.
- At least reach 50-100 prospective customers per day thru emails.
- Execute the B2B and B2C sales strategy, heading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, to meet the sales targets for the designated portfolio.
- Hands-on experience in Field Sales and Client’s Meetings.
- PRIMARY SKILLS:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent Writing and Presentation skills.
- Identify the potential referral partners, call, meet and onboard them as partners.
- Able to handle meetings {virtual+ physical} with potential partners on need basis.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To generate leads through Cold Calling, Social Selling (LinkedIn/ Software review groups), Secondary Research.
- Lead Generation experience through cold calling (Major), Social Selling (Major) & email marketing (Minor) in space of IT Products and Services would be desirable.
- Identifying Key decision makers in the given Database and fix appointments/ meetings with them.
- Generation / Creation of Database.
- Create, execute and follow-up with the prospects on regular basis, maintain good pipeline in assigned territory/geography/Vertical.
- Responsible for an end-to-end sales process which involves lead generation, cold calling, meeting clients, prospecting, customer on boarding and finally overseeing excellent after sales services.
- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase.
- Explore and target new business leads and opportunities in hardware domain (Education / LMS Segment).
- Adept at business communication, prospecting, client engagement, sales presentations and sales demos, social media and social selling.
- Generating sales funnel for various services/ products offered by the company using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company unique selling proposition and differentiators in Prospects in Education Accounts.
- GOOD TO HAVE:
- Be an expert in the company's products and be able to sell them successfully in any situation.
- Ability to identify potential leads.
- Sales Negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare PPT for clients.
- Follow-up with people who have requested a Program Demonstration online and coordinate.
- Open to extensive Travelling.
- Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process is a must.
- To be a first touch point (SPOC) in providing information about courses to all incoming inquiries generated through website and digital marketing monthly & quarterly targets.
