Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the MEP sector.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in a timely manner.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process and project lifecycle.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and enhance brand visibility.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the MEP industry.
Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, equipment, and components
