Position     :      Product Support Consultant

LOCATION:      Pierre, SD or Remote

DURATION:      Long Term

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

This position includes daily operations support of ADABAS, Predict, Natural, Natural Security and Entirex.  It will also include installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and patch management of the products above.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Predict Administration (Operational and Installation)
• ADABAS Administration (Operational and Installation)
• Natural and Natural Security Administration (Operational and Installation)
• EntireX (Operational and Installation);
• Work with developer staff as needed on daily requests (File maintenance, Backup\Restore etc.);
• Work with ZOS system staff as needed on upgrades to SAG products and or ZOS upgrades.
• Working knowledge of SAG Webmethods is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communications skills;
• Professional demeanor – represents the project to stakeholders in a friendly, unbiased and professional manner;
• Excellent problem determination skills regarding ADABAS, Natural, Natural Security and EntireX;
• Working knowledge of CICS;
• Excellent ZOS JCL skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with vendor and State technical staff;

The successful candidate should have the following knowledge and experience for this position:

• Excellent Natural Programming skills.
• Effectively design an ADABAS file for performance and optimization.
