Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver test reports to stakeholders and lead review meetings. Proficient in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for maintaining data traceability.
Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze test data, conduct root cause analysis for failures in Field/Internal Testing. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams. Efficient management of test data.
Innovation and Automation: Propose ideas for test automation, data acquisition, and monitoring. Develop instrumentation to enhance testing and data acquisition capabilities.
Competitive Benchmarking and Compliance: Evaluate competitor products for performance and durability. Understand Regulatory & Compliance requirements. Active participation in DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM, and DFR activities.
Methodology Development: Create innovative methodologies for Accelerated Life Testing, specifically targeting the reliability of motors, electronics, and other components.
SKILLS REQUIRED
