  • At least 10years in SGI Casting Foundry, specialty in Man-Hole cover Division.
  • Execute detailed monthly, weekly, and daily production plans, leading a skilled team in ARPA 450, ARPA 900, Hand moulding, and No-bake processes.
  • Prioritize training, continual improvement, and expertise in green sand parameters to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Kite Mark Audit standards. Maintain a safe, clean work environment, adeptly troubleshooting for optimal quality and productivity.
  • Procure materials, supervise and train employees, reduce scrap, oversee plant maintenance, and implement strategic plans.
  • Maintain unwavering commitment to consistent product quality, adhering to specifications while diligently reducing costs and enhancing overall productivity.
