You'll be the needle that guides day-to-day in-house team, operating with precision across Sewing, Laser Cutting, and even liaising with external sewing contractors to create sew-stainable products.

Requirements:-

• 3+ years proven experience as a production, manufacturing, and/or materials management in garment, apparel, bag or similar sewing operations.
• Supervisor Experience.
• Knowledge of production/manufacturing processes, techniques, and sewing machinery.
• Experience in single needle, and automated sewing.
• Knowledge of production/manufacturing processes, techniques, and industrial sewing machinery.

Responsibilities:-

• Plans, organizes, and develops production schedules to provide the required level of finished goods for all projects and product lines.
• Supervises and manages the daily activities and performance of production personnel for in-house manufacturing and outside contract sewers.
• Supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in operating sewing and cutting machines to manufacture products according to set specifications including: standards of quality, cost, production, efficiency, and material waste control.
• New product costing (time studies and bill of material (BOM).
