Key Responsibilities:
Engage with application users to address any issues or queries and provide timely resolution.
Troubleshoot technical problems reported by end users, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
Provide L1/L2 support for internal platforms, promptly addressing and resolving production incidents.
Conduct user training and assist in the adoption of new system features or enhancements.
Monitor the production environment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, Product, and Project Managers, to address system issues and respond to queries.
Escalate critical issues to higher-level technical teams (L3 support) or IT departments, and work with them to coordinate solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, APIs, data flow, SQL, and mobile app functional architecture.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering detailed solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working within Agile or ITIL frameworks is a plus.
