We are seeking a dedicated Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at both identifying and solving complex technical issues.
The successful candidate will work on a rotation between two shifts, including weekends, ensuring operational excellence in supporting our core applications.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues within our software applications.
- Collaborate closely with a team of 4, focusing on backend solutions with an emphasis on .NET Core 6, MVC, MVVM, Oracle, and MS SQL.
- Conduct a detailed analysis of source code to identify and fix the root causes of issues.
- Design, propose, and implement effective solutions with team approval.
- Rotate between early and standard shifts, with initial months fully on-site.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core 6, MVC, MVVM, Oracle, and MS SQL.
- Experience in backend development (70-80% focus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a day off during the week.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong technical background.
- Effective communication skills for presenting solutions to the team.
