JOB DESCRIPTION:

This resource will be performing various production support activities including raising incident tickets, writing SQL queries, profiling data etc.

A preferred candidate should demonstrate working knowledge in JIRA, Collibra, Confluence and SQL. On soft skill side, self-starter, curious, technical trouble shooting and decent written & oral communication.

Someone with 3+ years of experience in support role would be ideal. Nice to have skills are Banking, Python and Tableau
