Production Support Role (.Net/SQL

PER THE MANAGER: This is production support, but we want Development (coding) experience. SQL, C#, but our role is more monitoring and support, not development. There are multiple applications, websites,  and we will train in them all. 5 years of prod support/dev. Position Summary: We are looking for skilled candidates who are enthusiastic about learning new and existing technologies in order to deliver exceptional solutions for the production resiliency of the systems. The role incorporates aspects of software engineering and operations. We are combining these skills to come up with better ways of managing and operating applications.  The ideal candidate will have min 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability or DevOps Engineering, demonstrated experience in Agile and challenging environment with a large enterprise. Skills: • 3+ years’ Experience in Incident Management, (service now from business) Change Management ( deployments to prod website) and Problem Management.     • 3+ years’ Experience in Infrastructure Support, Configuration and Release Management. (general prod support stuff) • 2+ years of .NET CORE and C# experience. • 3+ years of Angular experience. • 5+ years of experience developing with MVC, JSON, web service interfaces. • 5+ years of experience with developing code using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML • 5+ years of experience with Agile/SCRUM processes and working for a Sprint Development team. • 5+ years of experience working with GIT code repository software. • 5+ years of experience with SQL Server • 2+ years of experience developing SSRS Reports • 2+ years of experience developing unit and regression tests. • 2+ years of experience on Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google) Microservices, Rancher, Docker, Kubernetes and web APIs. • 2+ years of experience in Implementing Dev OPS, Grafana, Istio, Prometheus and AppDynamics • 5+ years of experience developing secure websites using industry best practices  ( we support website) • Excellent communication skills • Good Team Player Qualification: BS in computer science or related technical discipline with at least 5-6 years of experience with listed technical skill
