Description

Responsibilities:

  • Change management and incident management using ServiceNow
  • Production health check and monitoring/ automation using big panda or any similar tools sets.
  • Experience on support muti tenant environment or Teradata and hadoop data lake platforms.
  • Prior knowledge on tools like Trige for incident and applications management.
  • Exposure to coordination an tracking SLA/OLAs for upstream/downstream applications.

 

 Skill set:

  • Unix
  • Abinitio (GUI and command propt, mfs understanding)
  • Teradata
  • Autosys (box, jobs, file watcher ect)
  • NDM
  • Axway
  • NAS
  • Hadoop, Hive, Spark
