Job Description

Banking domain exp is mandatory

• Technical: ADMS = ServiceNow, Grafana, Osmosys, BMC Control…
• Domain: SWIFT
• Monitoring Tier 1 to Tier 4 applications using Grafana, Osmosys, BMC Control –M, Moogsoft
• Coordinating with Vendor for Package installations to meet business Requirements.
• Providing L2 Support for all the applications and coordinating with L3 and Development team for resolution for the incidents reported in Snow (Service Now)
• Experience in Working in Service Now
• Experience in installations of Windows Certificates
• Further to Providing L2 support, was also involved in providing L3 support when needed.
• Experience in working with Jira and Agile Framework
• Checking the availability of space in file systems, data and log segments
• Creating user policy and assign policy to user
• User Recertification Activity
• Involved in UAT and Production deployments Using DAP tools, Jira
• Scheduled and maintaining Jobs in Control-M tool
• Providing support for swift related issues.
