Willingness of owning application level 3 support related activities
Should be hands on familiar with production support specific tools e.g Monitoring - AppDynamics, Splunk, Logic Monitor, Grafana, Datadog etc
Hands-on on any programming language
Strong hands on production support project, process.
Technical hands-on - SQL, Analytical skills
Should be able to understand ticket requirements and perform corrective action.
Push backs when required
Should be aware of production support related roles and responsibilities
Issue tracking - ServiceNow, Jira, BMC remedy etc. KB - Confluence, any repository
Should be able to work as an individual contributor
Good to have Insurance domain experience.
Very good communication with client handling experience.
