Role & Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and direct large-scale, multi-year programs, including application development, infrastructure management, and operations across multiple programs.
- Client Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders in the US and Europe, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and goals.
- Team Building and Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor high-performance teams across geographies
- Process Improvement: Drive process transformation and efficiencies by implementing agile practices, achieving significant cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the steady-state operations, ensuring SLA compliance, on-time project delivery, and consistent improvement in delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
- Technology Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including Cloud, DevOps, Java/J2EE, Legacy Modernization and Automation.
- Business Development: Support sales teams in account expansion, contributing to new business opportunities and evolving service offerings.
- Financial Acumen: Manage large deal budgets and financials, ensuring profitability, cost-effectiveness, and delivering value to clients.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change management initiatives, driving cultural and operational shifts that align with strategic business goals.
Required Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar educational background.
- Experience: 16+ years overall experience in IT services, with a focus on delivery management and program leadership primarily in communications & media domains.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in a wide range of technologies, including Java/J2EE, Cloud platforms, DevOps and legacy technology modernization.
