The Program Director will oversee and manage multiple projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

1.            Develop and execute strategic plans for program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2.            Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

3.            Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

4.            Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on program status.

5.            Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.

6.            Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.

7.            Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in project management.

8.            Facilitate effective resource allocation and utilization across projects to maximize productivity and achieve objectives.

9.            Serve as a point of escalation for project issues and conflicts, providing timely resolution and support.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

1.            Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

2.            Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

3.            Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

4.            Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and driving organizational change.

5.            Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

6.            Experience in risk management, change management, and conflict resolution.

7.            Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.

8.            Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

9.            Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
