Program Manager - AI Solutions

Job Description

The organization's AI-based projects and initiatives will be developed and implemented under the direction of the Program Manager - AI Solutions. To effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, this role requires a combination of project management experience, technical knowledge of artificial intelligence, and outstanding communication skills. The program manager will see to it that AI initiatives are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget, and that they complement the organization's strategic goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline. A master's degree is recommended.
• A minimum of five years of program management expertise is required, with an emphasis on AI and data-driven initiatives. 
• Demonstrated experience overseeing intricate projects from the start to finish.
• Strong grasp of data science, machine learning, and AI technologies. 
• Outstanding aptitude for analysis, problem-solving, and organizing. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work well with a variety of stakeholders and teams. 
• A certification in project management such as PMP, Scrum Master, or a comparable program is strongly preferred.

Extra Capabilities

• Knowledge of agile techniques and applications, such as Trello or JIRA.
• Excellent financial sense and background in budgeting.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks in a hectic setting
