Role Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
Facilitate meetings and communication between technical teams, management, and other stakeholders
Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations to senior management
Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
Ensure network security policies and configurations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
PMP, CISM, or similar certifications
Certifications related to Project Management or network security
Strong understanding of cyber security areas including but not limited to PCI, IAM, GRC, and Threat and vulnerability
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in leading/delivering cyber security projects or programs
Proven track record of leading compliance initiatives and working collaboratively with multistakeholder environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex dependencies and risks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
