Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Lead and be accountable for the overall product portfolio management and reporting, including idea intake, prioritization and roadmap.
  • Develop new programs to help manage various initiatives that support key strategic objectives.
  • Provide high level status updates on innovative, large-scale, and complex organization-wide product launches and initiatives in collaboration with executive management and various department leadership
  • Interface cross-departmentally to move projects forward, interacting with leaders regularly to provide reporting on ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Proactively identify and bubble up any potential concerns or risks that may jeopardize hitting predetermined deadlines or benchmarks
  • Maintain a structured and well-organized approach to program management
  • Facilitate effective communication among Team Members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure all parties are aligned and informed on project progress and prioritization
  • Compile concise summaries, deliverables, and updates to be shared with the executive leadership team, including the Company President and C-level executives
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning or sprint retrospective

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 7 years program management experience to include product launches, IT, and enterprise project experience
  •  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and ongoing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment with frequent shifts in priorities
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong relationship-building skills at multiple levels within an organization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate across business and technology
