Job Description: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale IT programs concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination across diverse IT and business departments. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Program Leadership: Lead and manage large IT programs, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives. Manages technology projects or multiple technical workstreams within a broader project or program. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure strategies are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with multiple IT and business departments to conduct requirements sessions. Facilitate regular status sessions, providing transparent updates to stakeholders. Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
