Job Description of Program Manager Entitlements/ Licensing (1 number)

Lead project workstreams consisting of cross-functional teams of business and technology practitioners, supporting on-time, on-budget, and high-quality solutions

Forge trusted advisor relationships with customers through strong EQ, communication skills, and domain knowledge

Highlight opportunities to better support clients through qualifying, co-creating, and helping to execute

Identify customer stakeholders and team responsibilities at the start of projects, and be comfortable holding both accountable

Produce high quality deliverables as both an individual contributor and part of team

Collaborate with other teams across functions to identify new ways to bring value to our clients

Understanding of Entitlements/ Licensing/Pricing business process

Experience in managing transformation projects in Pricing, Entitlement, Sales in software company will be added advantage

Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience
