About the Opportunity

Inalab has an immediate opening for a Program Manager to support our contract providing Functional Area Professional Services (FAPS) to the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS).  As the Program Manager you will be responsible for managing services to provide day-to-day operational support as detailed in the Essential Responsibilities section.

Essential Responsibilities:

Program Management - Program management is the process of managing several related efforts with the intention of improving an organization's performance.  These services include project planning, project baseline management, internal and external team communications, project cost and schedule development, and tracking. Subsequently, project management is the application of processes, methods, knowledge, and skills and experience to achieve objectives. The contractor shall provide the PM 

support tasks as outlined, but not limited to the below: 

  • Coordinate and assist with monitoring performance and progress against plans, baselines, and requirements.
  • Manage the team of employees and subcontractors working on several task orders for SCA related activities for the customer.
  • Provide overall direction of program activities and contractor and subcontractor personnel.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of issues impacting program/project cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Assist in preparation and execution of internal and external Program Reviews and briefings to provide the PEO and other senior leaders with a comprehensive view of the following:
  1. Work accomplishments and outstanding work
  2. Upcoming work efforts
  3. Estimates at Completion
  4. Challenges and Issues
  • Prepare Program/Project senior leadership for external PM reviews provide research support, data analysis, and multimedia creation services for senior leadership in preparation for external PM reviews.
  • Consult with Program/Project SMEs regarding background information in support of work activity descriptions and impacts.
  • Create and update guidance related to PM processes, roles and responsibilities, and business rules.
  • Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings, as requested by the COR.
  • Maintain project plans, work breakdown structures and team resource allocations to the projects.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and is responsible for successful completion of all tasks.
  • Consult with customers to ensure contractual compliance, produces financial and technical reports showing project status to customers and management. 
  • Facilitate a collaborative environment with project team members and other stakeholders to establish a culture of trust and open communication.
  • Support Inalab corporate with other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (or higher) in a related field or equivalent years of experience.  
  • Five years of experience as a Program Manger supporting a government contract, preferably Army.
  • PMP or equivalent certification
