Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive measures to address them.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Facilitate regular project status reviews with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Drive technical discovery engagements to identify project requirements and feasibility, specifically:
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders to gather information and craft a technical and architectural integration strategy.
  • Develop a phase-wise actionable roadmap for project execution.
  • Recommend back-end and front-end feature and capability needs analysis.
  • Provide product recommendations associated with the proposed app and Martech architecture.
  • Design a back-end unified platform that seamlessly connects customer digital experience with vehicle, mobile app, and web, prioritizing the creation of a personalized vehicle configurator.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile.
• Experience driving technical discovery engagements to define project scope and requirements, including the ability to:
  • Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews.
  • Develop technical and architectural integration strategies.
  • Create phase-wise actionable roadmaps.
  • Recommend feature and capability needs.
  • Design unified back-end platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the electric vehicle or automotive industry.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
