Program Manager - HSSE Technical Writer

Overview:-
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager with expertise in HSSE Technical Writing and a strong background in Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing Environmental Management Systems and Operations Excellence Performance Systems (OEPS). Additionally, proficiency in Oracle Developer 6i - Forms and EIS (Enterprise Information System) with specialization in Oracle Agile PLM is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and manage HSSE Technical Writing initiatives, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) programs, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Implement and manage Environmental Management Systems to ensure environmental compliance and sustainability goals.
Oversee the Operations Excellence Performance System (OEPS), driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
Utilize Oracle Developer 6i - Forms to customize and enhance applications as per business requirements.
Provide technical expertise in Oracle Agile PLM, supporting the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of PLM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor and report on program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
