Identify & map current and future process.

 Track & update migration readiness. Record migration completion & weekly

 migration approval submission.

 Track & escalate on open issues. To release weekly updates on issue tracker.

 Ready to provide reports pertaining to the program.

 Management presentation on the program updates.

 To be the WW contact point on all matters related to the program.

 To work closely with multiple Business Units on updates, escalations & support.

 Identify improvement areas and best practice sharing.

Participate in global practices as required
