Job Description:
Identify & map current and future process.
Track & update migration readiness. Record migration completion & weekly
migration approval submission.
Track & escalate on open issues. To release weekly updates on issue tracker.
Ready to provide reports pertaining to the program.
Management presentation on the program updates.
To be the WW contact point on all matters related to the program.
To work closely with multiple Business Units on updates, escalations & support.
Identify improvement areas and best practice sharing.
Participate in global practices as required
