Job Description:

 

Overall 18+ years of experience in Project/Program management with at least 2+ years of Oracle ERP experience in implementation projects 
Managing CER & BAU programs and project teams to ensure overall delivery on time within budget 
Identifying potential risks to current and future projects, and work in collaboration with ASDM, Account manager and Customer leadership teams 
Able to drive through weekly status report and meetings with customer stakeholders on the Program/Projects delivery Status 
Coordinate/Communicate with Internal Quality teams to ensure project quality metrics tracked, reported by the PMs 
Planning future projects including resource planning, analysis of estimations, planning schedules and SOW submissions 
Resource management including PMs and resources 
Point of contact for any escalations in CER & BAU programs from Customer 
Work with PMO & Competency teams in planning on resource allocations, releases for Projects 
Work with Recruitment teams in planning on new resources hiring and onboarding
