PM Services Description:

  • Plan and execute development NPI builds and ensure these products transition to production according to specific cost, quality and capacity targets.
  • Drive ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e. material availability, capacity readiness, transition plans).
  • Establish goals, metrics, analytics, tracking and reporting processes for integrated product suppliers.

Navigate rapidly changing environments and constantly drive excellence across own responsibilities as well

  • as that of team members and partners.
  • Leverage strategic internal relationships to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Make smart decisions with the information available, think and stay focused under pressure, and communicate concisely and effectively with senior management as well as peers.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Operations Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in new product introduction/supply chain, management/manufacturing, operations/development or operations engineering.

Experience in technical program management role.

Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.

Experience defining processes for contract manufacturing and supply chain management.

Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life.

Knowledge of typical hardware bill of materials, process documentation and assembly and test processes.

Ability to toggle between strategic and detail oriented thinking.
