Years	Skills/Experience
5	Familiar with standards, concepts, practices, and procedures of project management
3	Experience working in large transformation projects (information systems, system integration or other large projects).
3	Experience working with Quality Assurance efforts
2	Experience executing communication, dashboards, and various change management activities
2	Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute in situations where incomplete information is available
2	Demonstrated ability to be a positive, contributing and desired member of a team or effort

2	Experience with IT Service Management, ITIL practices
3	Strong verbal and written communication skills.

2+	Experience with IT Service Management, ITIL practices
