JOB SUMMARY:

The Job Analyst - IT will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by creating comprehensive and compliant job descriptions for various IT roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, a deep understanding of software, hardware, and other technologies, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers across different levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Draft clear, accurate, and compliant job descriptions tailored to the specific needs of each role within the IT domain.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to gather information about IT roles and their specific requirements.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and changes in job market dynamics related to IT positions.
- Ensure that job descriptions adhere to applicable labor laws, diversity and inclusion principles, and organizational policies.
- Actively participate in discussions with cross-functional teams to understand the evolving needs of the business and incorporate them into job descriptions.
- Continuously optimize and enhance job descriptions based on feedback, market insights, and changes in technology.
- Work collaboratively with HR partners to streamline processes and maintain consistency in job descriptions across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- Strong writing ability and attention to detail is required.
- Proven experience in IT-related roles, with a strong understanding of software, hardware, and emerging technologies.
- Previous experience in an HR-focused role is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with applicable labor laws and regulations related to job descriptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
