Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Director to lead the development of project strategy, stakeholder engagement, and oversee operations. This role involves working on a specific project that combines aspects of Security, Quality Assurance, Business Processes, Technical Architecture, and Data Governance.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or equivalent work experience in a related discipline.
  • Preferred 8 - 10 years of experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale IT systems, with at least 3 years in a Project Management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a leader in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of current technologies in use.
  • Familiarity with the software development process, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, implementation, release, version control, and training approaches.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the program life cycle using a formal program management methodology.
  • Develop a program plan, budget, risk management approach, and schedule.
  • Coordinate program-related activities, including directing and managing the program team.
  • Consult on business and strategy matters.
  • Set deadlines and assign responsibilities.
  • Communicate program status and issues to stakeholders and IT management.
