Preferred 6 - 10 years of project management or related experience. 

Bachelors of Science in CS, MIS, related technical degree or equivalent work experience with minimum of 3 years of technical work experience Demonstrates a wide range of experience and deep knowledge of domain expertise by role modeling and coaching Scrum Masters / PM's. Program Delivery (Size & Scope): [Large+] 16 - 32 project resources; 640 to 1,280 hours of effort per week; Up to $6.4M labor annual budget. OR program of equivalent business risk and criticality based on business process impact and cross-functional team involvement Program Execution & Governance: In addition to full accountability and ownership of project execution, updates process and project artifacts to drive greater value and ensure project execution Leverages fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas and new paradigms to improve work group processes Demonstrates understanding of the financial & economic levers that impact business performance & deploys them to improve short- and long-term results. Program Leadership / Influence: Recognized within IT as both a program management expert and thought leader Trusted advisor to business partners who are key stakeholders and sponsors for the program; effective in influencing priority and direction. Leveraged as an ambassador for IT As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. May be seen as a mentor or SME in their area. Works on issues that impact department success or address future concepts, products or technologies. Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization.
