Experience in managing M365 mailbox Migration project as program manager
Experience in managing supervise and govern multiple vendors and resources on vendor payroll engaged in M365 tenant to tenant mailbox migration program.
Experience in M365 tenant to tenant Mailbox Migration
Handling Migrating issues from on-premises to cloud and Tenant to Tenant
Experience in migration activities from Exchange On-premises and Exchange Online

M365/O365 Skills

Experience in M365 tenant to tenant Mailbox Migration
Handling Migrating issues from on-premises to cloud and Tenant to Tenant
Experience in migration activities from Exchange On-premises and Exchange Online
Experience in handling external vendors for migration activities
Experience in administrating SharePoint, teams etc.
Ability to handle client escalations.
Managed user migrations to Office 365, created batches for user moves and monitored migration reports
Knowledge on AD/Azure AD/Entra ID

Roles & Responsibilities

Take ownership of platform and work with partners to resolve issues OR deploy new solution 
Develop roadmap & describe structural and technical characteristics, user experience behavior, and other aspects of platform to project stakeholders 
Maintain, comply, and improve cyber security posture of platforms in-line with evolving practices 
Work with architecture team to evaluate new technologies that can be implemented aligned to the strategic vision 
Review & optimize spend of tech contracts in each area to improve business efficiency 
Work cross-functionally across various team e.g., Architecture, Cyber Security, procurement, Applications & Digital team 
Lead Major incident management for platform capability 
Undertake end to end project management work that requires technology transformation in above Technology stack*
