Description

Must have:
Proactive Service Experience Workflow and Account Lifecycle Events solutions within ServiceNow’s Telecom Service Management (TSM) module.
Resource must be capable of program managing (and/or configuring/developing) Proactive Service Experience Workflow and Account Lifecycle Events solutions within ServiceNow’s Telecom Service Management (TSM) module.

Requirements:
5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
2+ years of experience as a key resource for ServiceNow solutions in client
Demonstrated experience implementing and/or program managing Telecom Network Operating System (NOC) Service Assurance solutions.
General Telecommunications B2B Operations experience, with an understanding of the Order Entry, Order Management, Fulfilment, and Operations processes that support the Telecommunications industry.
Demonstrated experience implementing and/or program managing Proactive Service Experience Workflow and Account Lifecycle Events solutions within ServiceNow’s Telecom Service Management (TSM) module.
Experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications product portfolio, to include.

Education

ANY GRADUATE
