The Clarity PPM Implementation Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Clarity PPM software implementation projects. They will ensure the successful deployment of Clarity PPM solutions, meeting clients objectives, budget, and timeline expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of the Clarity PPM tool, project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Clarity PPM implementation projects from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans and documentation including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document their business processes and requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to configure and customize Clarity PPM to meet client needs.
Ensure project milestones are met, and the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
Provide regular status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct any required training sessions for Lucid stakeholders on Clarity PPM features and functionality.
Drive client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.
Stay current on Clarity PPM industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Project Management).
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
15+ years of experience in formal project/program management.
3-5 years of experience and proven track record of successfully managing complex Clarity PPM implementation projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency in Clarity PPM software and related technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to travel as required to meet client needs.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
