Required: • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • 7+ years related experience • Microsoft Excel (Proficiency: Advanced) • Microsoft PowerPoint (Proficiency: Advanced) • Microsoft Visio (Proficiency: Intermediate) • Experience with ServiceNow PPM and ITSM • Experience with Project Portfolio Management and ITIL framework Preferred Qualifications & Leadership Competencies • Strong project management and planning capabilities • Financial/Business analysis techniques and strong problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and oral business communications skills: ability to present ideas and issues in logical and articulate manner • Strong ability to interface/communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership and present ideas and issues in a logical and articulate manner • Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguity • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Detail oriented and attention to quality • Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Project and One Drive experience • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM • ITIL, PMP certification a plus • Plans & Aligns: Establishes priorities and desired outcomes and creates plans to achieve them. • Drives Results: Pursues everything with energy, resourcefulness, and the need to achieve desired outcomes. • Collaborates: Works with a variety of colleagues, inside and/or outside of Driscoll’s, seeking win-wins solutions. • Courage: Tackles difficult issues timely with optimism and transparency.
