Programmer 3/PR3

This position will function as a skilledServiceNow Developer within the Department of InformationTechnology. Potential projects include:

•     Enhancement &maintenance of existing custom solutions

•     Solutions developmentin the ServiceNow platform

•     Service Catalogitem development

Experience Required

• Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally
• Ability totroubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications.
• Ability totroubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debuggingtools.
• Ability to usevarious browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox)
• Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback.
• Ability to work in an Agile project management environment

Required Skills:
 

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• 3+ years ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding experience (Ex: Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, JellyScripts, etc.)
• 3+ years ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs (Ex: GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.)
• 3+ years experience building custom workflows
• 3+ years experience building custom UI pages using HTML/CSS/AJAX
• 3+ years HTML/CSS/AJAX development experience
• 3+ years role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugg
