What is this position supporting: HR tech, and non-tech, projects
Remote: Cincinnati preferred, remote will be considered but will require travel to Cincinnati as needed.
Duration: 6 months
Potential to convert/or extend: yes/yes
Must have qualifications/top 5 skills needed:
-creation and delivery of complex technical project plans with cross-functional interdependencies
-consult and guide stakeholders through planning and execution
-outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
-Proactively identifies issues, dependencies, and resolves problems
-status reporting, cost tracking, and executive summaries
HR systems.
SaaS tools and integrations.
Not required, but Workday, benefits systems, ADP and payroll systems, SABA learning, etc
