Skills Required::
- Years of Experience Required: 7 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or Certifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Disqualifiers: If the candidate has never worked in a large tech enterprise company.
- Experience with sales organizations (in relation to software/tech enterprise companies).
- Someone who has done sales enablement or support Rhythm of Business work (ROB).
- MSFT experience with sales model experience.
- Experience aligning with sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

- Demonstrated excellence in complex environment (multiple stakeholders, rapid pace, quickly pivot with change) 5+ YOE.
- Experience with MSFT products (SharePoint, PowerBI, Loop, One note) 5+ YOE.
