Job Description
· Monitor the progress of wireless device technology development projects, tracking milestones and issues, and identify any areas of risk or concern;
· Develop project schedules and provide local admin support;
· Work closely with the Project Team on a daily basis to track and ensure deliverables are met as it relates to the project(s);
· Maintain knowledge database related to projects & control distribution/access
· Coordinate testing assignments & follow up on testing triage with relevant stakeholders
· Collect dependencies, milestone information and feedback from other stakeholders, aligning them with internal project timelines
REQUIREMENTS
· 6 to 7 years of Project Coordinator experience, preferably in engineering or wireless device industries;
· Experience with working on multiple projects simultaneously;
· Intermediate level Excel, MS Project & Gsuite skills;
· Proven time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet objectives;
· Effective oral and written communication skills to deliver project plans, technical reports & executive summaries
· Organized, self-disciplined, reliable and capable of evaluating the workload and obtaining cooperation from other departments;
· Ability to work independently without constant supervision;
