About the job

  • The Control room shift manager, responsibilities include:
  • Disseminating information to and from all interfacing / impacted parties
  • Monitoring overall progress against plans (testing and deployment checklists, milestones, etc. across all phases of testing)
  • Assisting the Issue Trackers with notifying and pulling impacted parties into applicable discussions on the bridge line
  • Manage communications between the CR and all involved parties
  • Conduct status calls (as required) during shifts
  • Ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
  • Conducting shift debriefs with incoming CR Manager, reviewing all issues
  • Coordinate and approve request from other teams
  • Ensure proper coordination over all mail in and out of the CR (overseeing the mailbox manager)
  • Updating meeting minutes
  • Managing / overseeing all virtual communications on the SharePoint
  • Manage issues, assignment of issues and oversee issues to be logged by issue tracker (logs them if no issue tracker on shift)
  • Coordination of environment calls / update environment request SharePoint

 

This resource requires special skill set to manage day to day activities.

Either working/manager experience in Axiom or SAP-HANA or Oracle Cloud or Bex /EPM or Tableau Reporting.
