Description

Minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience in a in technology coordination or management function

Holds a certificate or equivalent in a Project Management, Information Technology or Engineering discipline

Familiarity with ServiceNow, SharePoint, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Excel and Jira

Demonstrates a broad understanding of project methodologies, tools, processes, standards, techniques, and their application to delivering complex technology requirements

Desire to work independently and communicate both written and verbally, effective at all levels across the organization

Mitigates challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and sincerity; acknowledging, embracing, and adapting to change

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities; demonstrated openness to ambiguity, flexibility, and adaptability

Assertive self-starter with solid organizational skills, attention to detail and can navigate multiple tasks and priorities

Outgoing nature with a positive, "can-do" attitude; demonstrates the ability initiate new work with limited supervision
