Project Coordinator

Roles and responsibilities:

• Lead project implementation and management for client engagements.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Hands-on experience in project planning and tracking modules and software
• Ensure timely delivery of project completion
• Coordinate with all business functions for requirement-gathering engagements of respective teams
• Define project scope, prioritize work, and develop data transformation project plans, including validation activities, with the team.
• Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage issues, mitigate risks, and escalations, and be the change champion to contribute to the program's overall success.
• Escalate issues when appropriate. Establish alternate plans for high-impact/high-probability risks.
• Collaboratively manage a program aimed at fulfilling a large volume of roles, working closely with the talent acquisition and onboarding teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective risk management.
• Generate regular reports to update stakeholders locally and globally.
• Foster communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Drive process improvement and implement best practices for efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a technical project/program management role managing cross-functional projects, end-to-end implementation, and deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Past Experience as a React Developer (preferred)
• Experience managing multiple clients with strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
• Excellent communication skills necessary
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Excellent risk management and reporting abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
