Project Coordinator  - Hybrid ( Sunrise Florida Only)

 

Job Description:

 

  • Deck building & slide design for regular meeting with stakeholders across the company.
  • Project documentation creation and ownership including Gantt upkeep, project plans, risk and dependency management Excel proficiency & Microsoft Project.
  • Meeting Support: Organize agendas, capture notes, share recaps, support Executive Assist team with multi stakeholder meetings
  • Management of project Confluence & One Drive: Ensure project repositories are up to date with latest info. Upskill in Confluence and provide recommendations of best use.
  • Management of team communication including group email & Slack management for multi-stakeholder communications.
  • Risk and Decision log Management including using contents of Risk and Decision log & project docs to build meeting decks.
  • Workstream Support: join Workstream meetings and support as needed, recording actions and responsibility for tracking follow ups.
  • Stretch responsibility: Generic project management frameworks (Gantt, project plans, dependency modelling, critical path analysis)
  • Stretch : Support PMO managers during leave periods
