• Provide the management and oversight of two current contracts for Application, Development and Maintenance (ADM) and for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for a specified portfolio of applications and modules on a day-to-day basis in line with the overall strategy, including but not limited to managing performance to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and invoice review.
• Ensure other contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Understand the customer experience, including managing any comments or complaints.
• Manage risk and contract budget planned vs actual.
• Lead initiatives and projects that originate and are needed as a result of contract oversight.
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements, analysis, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting and implementation of projects and processes related to contract oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4 years working with technology vendors and/or technology vendor contracts.

4 years of Project management experience
