Key Responsibilities:

Looking at Scrum Master’s who have some experience in the digital products implementation space but anyone with experience in the following 

would be at an advantage

  • ERP implementation
  • CRM Implementation
  • SAP BI Implementation
  • Payroll/Success Factors rollout

Project Leadership and Delivery:

i.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation.

ii.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

iii.Ensures that Agthia procedures are followed (e.g., D&T, Finance, procurement procedure)

Agile and Scrum Practices:

i.Function as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

ii.Embed agile methodologies within the project management process, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to ERP implementation.

iii.Drive continuous improvement and foster an agile mindset across project teams.

Stakeholder Management:

i.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

ii.Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project objectives.

iii.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the project delivery.

Technical Expertise:

i.Utilize experience in digital and technology domains to steer the project's technical direction and decision-making.

ii.Offer solutions to enhance project performance in line with technological advancements and digital trends.

iii.Collaborate closely with Tech teams to ensure technical solutions meet project requirements.

Risk Management:

i.Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.

ii.Establish robust risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
