🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Project Leader 🔹

✔️ What you’ll be doing:

Independently lead IT projects in the programme.

Coordinate reporting activities and material flows across stakeholders in the project.

Constantly seek to improve our ways of working Organize, plan, monitor and follow up on the execution.

Proactively engage with stakeholders to build strong relationship

✔️ To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

Have 5 years experience in independently leading prioritised programmes.

Ensure oversight together with the colleagues in the team.

Have superior communication skills, and expertise in managing a large variety of stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in leading IT consulting projects, navigating through complexity and ensuring timely and precise delivery.

Have a strong risk and compliance mindset, coupled with a proactive approach in communicating clear and qualified requests to stakeholders.

Have a structured mind-set, being able to see the big picture, as well as a strong attention to relevant details.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multitasking well and have an excellent ability to prioritize and deliver within deadlines.

Are competent in senior stakeholder management and Service Transition / Change Management.

Are a solid team player with high integrity

✔️ Experience:

Documented experience driving change and IT projects/programmes.

Proficiency in navigating through complexity, managing different kinds of stakeholder and strong communication skills.

You take responsibility for delivering a strong business result and driving the functional excellence.

Experienced in self-driven, pro-active and solution-oriented roles.

Relevant Master’s or Bachelor's Degree.

Strong communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
