Project Management

Role & Responsibilities: 
 Lead projects at India Technical Center in Pune 
 Collaborate with global business teams 
 Manage customer interactions, scope definitions, and project/resource planning 
 Execute Engineering Projects (Kitchen & Bath, Faucets, Others) and VAVE projects 
 Ensure timely project execution with internal teams, suppliers, and customers 
 Conduct daily/weekly meetings and follow-ups 
 Document and publish project reports 
 Drive project execution with disciplined Project Management 
 Initiate and generate operational metrics reports 
 Implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency 
 Support ISO team with flawless project documentation

Qualifications & Experience: 
 Excellent written and spoken English 
 Strong presentation skills 
 Expertise in stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC, EMEA) 
 Robust Project Management skills with 8+ years of experience (4+ years in core PM roles) 
 Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail 
 Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T

Preferred: 
 10+ years of experience (6+ years in PM roles) 
 Experience with MS Project & related tools 
 Engineering or Manufacturing background 
Data Management and analytics experience 
 Engineering design exposure 
 Manufacturing process exposure 
 PMP Certification
