About Us:

We're seeking an experienced IT Business Operations Analyst to support our APAC region. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and support IT operations strategy in APAC
- Metrics and performance tracking, process improvement initiatives
- Maintain Tableau dashboard for MSPs & VMO Metrics
- Facilitate Financial Management, Billing Management, and metrics review for MSPs
- Prepare and maintain executive review templates
- Coordinate vendor LT team for monthly/quarterly review presentations
- Support Contingent Workforce Reporting

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in IT business operations or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Tableau, metrics development, and process improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
